The DEWALT DCA2203C 20V MAX Battery Adapter Kit for 18V Tools allows for use of 20V MAX batteries in most DEWALT 18V Tools. This adapter requires the use of 20V MAX Chargers - this will not fit in DEWALT 18V Chargers.

This kit includes one 18V - 20V MAX Adapter, two DCB203 20V MAX XR Lithium Ion batteries (2.0Ah), and a 12V/20v MAX charger. Use with DCB201, DCB203, DCB203BT compact batteries.

Do not use adapter with premium batteries (DCB200, DCB204, DCB204BT, DCB205) in 18V Compact drills DC970, DC759.

This 6 Amp charger offers the most versatility for all of your charging needs. All Lithium Ion batteries within our Compact 12V, 20V MAX, and heavy-duty DEWALT FLEXVOLT battery range are compatible with this charger. The new Stage 1 and Stage 2 LED indicators communicate more about the battery’s state of charge than those without. The Stage 1 LED blinks until the battery is approximately 80% charged. The DCB118 Fast Charger is a fan-cooled charging that is compatible with 20V MAX Batteries and the new 20V/60 MAX Battery. The charge rate is 8 amps for Premium Batteries and 4 amps for Compact Batteries.
