The Free Shipping offer applies to powertoolrepair.ca online orders only.

• The Free Shipping offer is subject to change without notice.
• To qualify for free shipping, your order must total $199.99 or more before any taxes are added
• Free shipping applies only to shipping addresses within Canada.
• Oversize items needing to be delivered via freight carriers and may not be eligible for Free Shipping.
• Orders that are picked up in store instead of receiving Free shipping will not receive any additional discount
• Free shipping will not apply if any purchase of an eligible item is cancelled, resulting in a total purchase of less than $199.99

HOW AND WHEN PARCEL SHIPPING ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED

• Orders are shipped directly to the shipping address you have provided which must be registered to the credit card used to make the purchase.
• Orders being shipped to a PO box will be shipped via Canada Post / UPS / Purolator and may not weigh more than 50lbs
• Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping usually within 1 business day from the time your order is placed.
• We ship most orders via Canada Post but reserve the right to change couriers at any time
• Delivery time of the shipment will depend on which province we are shipping to.
• Normally, shipment(s) are scheduled to arrive Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm local time.
• If you are not home to accept your shipment, a shipping notification card with further details will be issued as all deliveries require a signature.
• Multiple items may be shipped separately due to size or availability and may arrive at different times.
